1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bkkkk platform and all its services. By visiting the website, registering an account, or playing any game, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

bkkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account or use any service at bkkkk, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age.
You must register using your real identity — opening an account under someone else's name or a false identity is strictly prohibited.
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
You may not register from any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.

Account and Security

3 Account Registration

When registering at bkkkk, you must provide accurate and complete information. All details entered in the registration form, such as name, address, and contact information, must be truthful. Providing false information may result in the account being immediately suspended or closed.

bkkkk may request supporting documents at any time for identity verification. Failure to provide the requested documents in a timely manner may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals.

4 Password and Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. You are fully accountable for all activity conducted through your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bkkkk support team immediately. We protect your information using SSL encryption and secure technology.

5 Account Closure and Suspension

bkkkk may suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Suspicion of fraudulent activity, manipulation, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Operating multiple accounts.
Confirmed death or legal incapacity of the account holder.

Any questions regarding valid balances in the event of account suspension will be resolved through the support team.

Financial Transactions

6 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds at bkkkk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or cards will not be accepted. If this rule is violated, the transaction will be cancelled and the deposited amount may be returned.

All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Your financial information is never shared with third parties.

7 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification or additional security checks are required, it may take a little longer.

The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for your deposit.
Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
In cases of suspicious transactions, bkkkk reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending an investigation.
It may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request once it is being processed.

8 Currency and Conversion

All transactions at bkkkk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where currency conversion is required, bkkkk may apply the prevailing exchange rate. bkkkk is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

9 Welcome Bonus

bkkkk offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

This bonus is available only once and only at the time of the first deposit. The account must be fully verified to claim the bonus.

10 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

11 General Bonus Terms

bkkkk reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
If an attempt is made to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the associated account will be closed.
Multiple bonus claims from the same household, the same IP address, or the same device are not permitted.
Use of bonuses must be consistent with the fair play policy.
Certain games or betting types may not count toward the wagering requirement for bonuses.

Gaming Rules

12 Fair Play Policy

bkkkk firmly believes in the fair play policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Playing using any kind of software, bot, or automated system.
Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in game software.
Colluding with other players or applying fraudulent strategies.
Taking advantage of technical errors — winnings associated with such cases will be voided.

If there is suspicion of a violation of this policy, bkkkk may initiate an investigation and suspend the account if necessary.

13 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to internet disconnection, power failure, or system failure, bkkkk will resolve it based on the technical logs. Server records shall be considered final.

bkkkk is not obligated to provide compensation for losses caused by technical issues, but you may contact the support team for a fair resolution.

14 VIP Program

bkkkk offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher tier through regular play and active participation on the platform. VIP benefits may change at bkkkk's discretion.

Prohibited Activities and Liability

15 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bkkkk platform:

Operating an account on behalf of a minor or playing games for them.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Attempting to introduce harmful software, viruses, or malware.
Harassing other users, using offensive language, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
Attempting to find system vulnerabilities or conducting cyber attacks.
Conducting transactions under a false identity or using another person's identity.

16 Limitation of Liability

bkkkk bears no responsibility for the following:

Losses caused by internet connection failure or third-party technical issues.
Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.
Financial losses from gaming — gaming always carries financial risk.
Changes to the outcome of any bet due to temporary maintenance downtime on the platform.

All content on the bkkkk platform — logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is the intellectual property of bkkkk. Reproduction, modification, or use for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

19 Changes to Terms

bkkkk may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will automatically be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

21 Severability Clause

In the event of a conflict between any English or other language translation of these Terms and the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. Failure by bkkkk to exercise any right shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
